How PickCipher handles account and research data during private beta.
Data we keep
We store approved account details, password-security records, sessions, saved props, in-app alerts, submitted prop details, analysis history, and service diagnostics needed to operate and secure PickCipher.
Screenshots
Screenshot text recognition runs in your browser. The image is not uploaded by the current reader. Only the prop details you review and confirm are sent for analysis.
Service providers
PickCipher uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and data storage; sports-data services for prop lines and supporting evidence; and Stripe only when paid billing is available. Those services process data under their own terms.
Use and sharing
PickCipher uses data to provide, secure, diagnose, and improve the product. PickCipher does not sell account data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Your controls
Account settings let you update profile details, change your password, manage security, remove saved props, and permanently delete a non-owner account. The production owner account uses an operator-controlled deletion process to protect the service.
Retention and security
We retain operational data only while it supports the service, security, legal obligations, or product evaluation. Passwords are salted and hashed; sessions can be revoked; no internet service is risk-free.

This notice may change as public registration and billing open. The current version is effective September 5, 2026.
